Skillet Chicken with Bacon Sauce is an easy weeknight meal, but it feels luxurious. You know, like your treating yourself. It’s perfect with Roasted Vegetables. Or I plop this amazing chicken over some greens (fresh spinach works!). The pan sauce is very similar to a hot bacon dressing. I could categorize the as low carb right?

The biggest lesson I have learned is to not take things personally. Somebody could be having the worst day ever, and they might take it out on you. You might get into a full on brawl (with words), and say hurtful things, but you make up and move on. That’s the definition of family (to me at least). Now here is that recipe you came here for!

Recipe was great! Thanks so much. I did feel like it might’ve been lacking a teeny bit. I added a splash of rice vinegar at the end after I tasted it to see if I had enough salt. Then i reserved some sauce for The chicken and I cooked spinach in the remaining sauce until wilted. Next time I make it, I’m going to use white wine instead of chicken broth. Thanks again for a great recipe.

Thank you! I bet using wine will make it amazing. Thanks for the tip on adding a touch of acid!
