Description
They are made with greek yogurt and whole wheat flour! I topped them with PB2, bananas, honey and dark chocolate chips.

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 7 Tablespoons whole wheat flour
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- coconut oil spray
Instructions
- First heat up a large skillet over medium heat. Then in a small bowl whisk the eggs and vanilla extract together, set aside.
- In a medium size bowl dump in the Greek yogurt, flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Mix together until just combined (it's okay if there are lumps). Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture to combine. Be careful not to over mix.
- Then spray some oil onto the pan, and pour about 2 Tablespoons worth of batter in at a time. Flip the pancakes after a minute or two.
