These pancakes look indulgent, but they are actually healthy! They are made with Greek yogurt and whole wheat flour! I topped them with PB2, bananas, honey and dark chocolate chips. I usually bust these pancakes out when I am trying to eat healthier (which comes and goes).
With 4 grams of protein in each pancake, they are sure to jump start your morning. I love these pancakes because I don't have to feel bad about eating 5...or 10.
I was craving pancakes and peanut butter, so I came up with this PB2 alternative! If you have never heard of PB2 , you are about to fall in love. It is powdered peanut butter. You just add some water to it and stir! Here are the nutrition facts:
Serving size 2 Tbsp
Total Fat 1.5g
Total Carbs 5g
