Grilled Vegetable Pizza on the Grill is easier than you think to make! This simple dinner recipe is great for any summer cook out. Have fun and get creative with your pizza toppings.
Remember those Farmer’s Market Hash leftovers, let me introduce you to this delicious Grilled Vegetable Pizza on the Grill! I like to add goat cheese to my veggie pizza to add a nice creamy, tangy texture.

Not sure about adding potatoes to your pizza? Well…you have nothing to fear. They just add another layer of starchy goodness. I mean really? What could be bad about bread, potatoes, and cheese. Yum.

You might be a little intimidated about grilling a pizza (I was). It’s actually quite simple. Make sure you preheat and grease up your grill. Then place your stretched out pizza dough straight onto the grates (be careful, it’s hot!)

Grill one side of the dough for about 1 minute 30 seconds with the lid closed, then flip it and cook another 30 seconds with the lid closed.

Take it off the grill, and add the toppings to lesser cooked of the two sides. You want the bottom to be the crispier side. Then place the pizza back onto the grill in a cooler spot with the lid closed (not over the flames). On my grill the front doesn’t get as hot. You just want to melt the cheese.

Don’t you worry about that front pizza. It’s a Greek Grilled Pizza (coming soon). Now enjoy the fruits/pizza of your labor!
