Goat Cheese and Honey Bruschetta with apples is one of my favorite easy appetizers. Nolan and I had a date night at a new (well new to us) restaurant here in Nashville. We decided to try these little bruchettas, and we could not believe how delicious they were! The honey complements the goat cheese perfectly. The apples add a little tart bite, and the buttery crunchy bread brings everything together. Oh little bites of heaven.

The best part is it only take 10 minutes to throw this appetizer together! You just toast the bread in some butter…

Smear some goat cheese on it, and layer the thinly sliced apples on top.

Then drizzle honey all over!

Yum! It’s so unbelievably easy and delicious.

The sweet honey compliments the tangy goat cheese perfectly. This is great for Thanksgiving or Christmas appetizers!
