    Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use blue cheese instead of Gorgonzola?

Yes, but Gorgonzola is creamier and milder.

Can I make this ahead of time?

Yes, store in the fridge up to 3 days and reheat gently

    Can I freeze it?

I would not recommended freezing this sauce due to the dairy because it may separate
