1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Emeril’s Cajun Seasoning
4 8oz salmon fillets
Heat up 1 Tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium high. Sprinkle 1 Tablespoon (or as much as you want) of Emeril’s Cajun Seasoning on top of the salmon fillets. Place the salmon skin down into the hot olive oil. Cook for 7-10 minutes, or until desired doneness.
