Instructions

  1. Slice the pound cake into 1″ slices.
  2. Mix together the egg, milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Melt 2 Tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium high.
  4. Dunk 3-4 slices of pound cake into the egg mixture, then place them into the hot skillet
  5. Fry the pound cake on each side for around 3 minutes or until they are brown.
  6. Then place the other 2 Tablespoons of butter in the skillet to fry the rest of the pound cake.
  7. In a stand mixer, or a big bowl with a hand held beater, whip together the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla for around 4-5 minutes. (The whipped cream should be stiff, and form mountain-like peaks. If it is too loose keep whipping!)
  8. Mix together the Easy Fruit Salad, and layer all of the ingredient however you want!
