  3. Remove the pancetta from the pot using a slotted spoon and place it on a paper towel.
  4. Leave the fat left behind in the pot.
  5. Turn the heat down to medium.
  6. Pour the heavy cream into the pot, and bring it to a simmer.
  7. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, salt, pepper, and peas.
  8. Bring the cream back up to a simmer.
  9. Turn the heat to low and add the Parmesan cheese to the creamy mixture.
  10. Stir until the Parmesan has melted
  11. Then toss in the noodles and keep the heat on low for about 2 minutes.
  12. Sprinkle the crispy pancetta on top and enjoy!
